Notes:
Waverly Beach is a big Kirkland city park with all kinds of amenities: a big dock suitable for fishing and providing entry/exit to the water via ladders, a children's play area, lots of space for picnics and hanging out, restrooms, and its own parking area. The U-shaped dock completely encloses the shallow swim area which is accessible by concrete steps. There is a small gravel-covered beach that provides access to the deeper water and bigger rocks (ouch!).
