Notes:
A beautifully landscaped Kirkland park. The dock for water access is shared with private moorage; the private moorage portion is only accessible via locked gates. I recommend a deep water entry because the shore is all rip-rap. There is a ladder on the dock for entrance and exit to the water. There was a lot of construction happening during our visit so on-street parking was slim. There was a small off-street parking area at Marsh Park that's only a short walking distance from Settler's Landing.
