Notes:
I approached this street end park from the water side and when I stood up I discovered that the bottom was covered with large (>10cm) rocks. With the waves coming in I found it difficult to stand. However, 2 women seemed to have no difficulty as they were standing and having an extended conversation. It's a street end park, very obvious from the land side, appears to be well used and accessible, and is only about 500m south of the southern side of Seward Park.
