Notes:
The park was named for Be'er Sheva, Israel, one of Seattle's sister cities. It's a large park with ample room for picnics and group gatherings (in non-COVID times!) and has a children's play area. On the southern edge of the park is a large parking area plus a heavily used boat launch ramp. The boat traffic makes the swim accessible area somewhat less friendly and it's not recommended on busy weekend days. The swimmable area, however, has minimal milfoil, a foot-friendly bottom, and water that's not too deep. |
